There is a vast difference in quality between a Manley "H" Beam and the "other" inexpensive H-Beams on the market. Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams. Perfectly round big and small ends. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" ARP 2000.

2AZFE - PRO SERIES TURBO TUFF "I" BEAM STEEL CONNECTING RODS

Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material. Each rod is fully machined in the Manley Lakewood, NJ factory to the highest standards. Our signature "Turbo Tuff" design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are round and without taper. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" APR 2000 cap screws.

These rods are also available with ARP 625+ fasteners. To order, affix an "R6" to the part number.

2JZ - PLATINUM SERIES LIGHTWEIGHT PISTON KITS

Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Offset wrist pin design is utilized for quiet start-ups. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique "one fixturing" manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. All pistons come with moly coated skirts and will accommodate +1mm valve sizes. Round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins, and premium steel top ring sets from Total Seal are included with every kit at no additional charge. 9310 alloy upgraded wrist pins are available. Simply order the EXTREME DUTY part number in the column below. These are equipped with 9310 pins. Recommended clearance: .0035" measured 1.100" down from the bottom of the oil ring groove.

2JZ - PRO SERIES VALVE SPRINGS RETAINERS LOCKS & KITS

Manley valve springs are wound from super clean alloy. Each design minimizes stress to ensure long service life with high lift camshafts. Titanium retainers are manufactured in our own double spindle CNC machines to exacting tolerances and precise installed height specifications. Valve locks are manufactured in our own Swiss turning centers with rigid control over the all-important angle to ensure precise mating with the retainer.

FA20 - PLATINUM SERIES LIGHTWEIGHT PISTON KITS

Manley pistons are machined of high strength 2618 material. Each design is lightweight yet robust enough to deliver long service life. Offset wrist pin design is utilized for quiet start-ups. Perfect ring groove to skirt squareness is achieved through our unique "one fixturing" manufacturing method that assures maximum horsepower. All pistons come with moly coated skirts and will accommodate +1mm valve sizes. Round wire locks, premium chrome moly wrist pins (P/N 42251), premium steel top ring, Napier style second ring and higher tension oil ring sets from Total Seal are included with every kit at no additional charge. 9310 alloy .210" wall upgraded wrist pins (P/N 42551) are available. Recommended clearance: .003" for mildly boosted and .0035" for highly boosted measured .850" from the bottom of the oil ring groove.

Manufactured from 4340 forgings
Heat treated, stress relieved, shot peened and 100% individually magnafluxed
Weight matched sets " 1.5 grams
Cap fasteners are 3/8" ARP 2000 for the H-Tuff and 3/8" ARP Custom Age 625" for the H-Tuff Plus
Flywheel horsepower range for the these rods in a 4 cylinder application is 750 with the ARP 2000 bolts and 950 with ARP 625" bolts.
Bridges the gap between our standard, proven H-Beams and top of the line, best of the best Turbo Tuff® Series rods
H-Tuff delivers a stronger rod with greater safety margin to handle elevated boost and higher power levels for a modest price premium over standard H-Beams

FA20 - PRO SERIES TURBO TUFF "I" BEAM STEEL CONNECTING RODS

Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material. Each rod is fully machined in the Manley Lakewood, NJ factory to the highest standards. Our signature "Turbo Tuff" design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are round and without taper. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" APR 2000 cap screws.

These rods are also available with ARP 625" fasteners. To order, affix an "R6" to the part number.
