There is a vast difference in quality between a Manley "H" Beam and the "other" inexpensive H-Beams on the market. Weight matched to +/- 1.5 grams. Perfectly round big and small ends. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" ARP 2000.

Our signature "Turbo Tuff" design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are round and without taper. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Cap fasteners are 3/8" APR 2000 cap screws. These rods are also available with ARP 625+ fasteners. To order, affix an "R6" to the part number.

KA24 - PRO SERIES VALVE SPRINGS RETAINERS LOCKS & KITS Manley valve springs are wound from super clean alloy. Each design minimizes stress to ensure long service life with high lift camshafts. Titanium retainers are manufactured in our own double spindle CNC machines to exacting tolerances and precise installed height specifications. Valve locks are manufactured in our own Swiss turning centers with rigid control over the all-important angle to ensure precise mating with the retainer.

VR-38 PRO SERIES TURBO TUFF "I" BEAM STEEL CONNECTING RODS Manley Pro Series connecting rods are forged from aircraft quality 4340 vacuum degassed material. Each rod is fully machined in the Manley Lakewood, NJ factory to the highest standards. Our signature "Turbo Tuff" design combines the appropriate weight and rugged strength for ultimate horsepower applications. Each rod is shot peened after machining and magnafluxed. Bores are round and without taper. Bend and twist is tightly controlled. Like our "Turbo Tuff" series, our 300M rods utilize all of the same machining processes and our held to the same high standards but are made from 300M alloy. Cap fasteners are 7/16" APR 2000 cap screws. Horsepower range for the 4340 rods is 1,250+ and 1,400+ for the 300M.

Valve locks are manufactured in our own Swiss turning centers with rigid control over the all-important angle to ensure precise mating with the retainer.
