A 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty applies to all parts listed in the catalog. Any claim for warranty consideration must originate from the original purchaser and a claim form must be completed and submitted along with the parts. Any claim submitted under any other procedure will not be considered. If at any time a claim is to be considered we will require that the following information be provided along with the parts. Please follow these steps: (A) Contact your supplier to advise Preferred Components, Inc. with the nature of the warranty (B) Please provide a completed warranty form which includes the facts, part number and parts. We also reserve the right to request any additional related parts.

It is the responsibility of the installer to be sure the part being installed matches or is the correct replacement part for the application. Preferred Components, Inc. will not consider the following warranty claim items: towing charges, fluids, refrigerant, gasoline, filters, loss of time, lodging, vehicle rental or other forms of transportation. Labor for the replacement is limited to $50 per hour if allowed. Labor is limited to the replacement of the part only. High Performance products are not covered by an warranty.

This warranty shall not apply to any product which has been subject to accident, negligence, alterations, repair, abuse or misuse. It is also understood that the original installation of our products was performed by a professional mechanic at a facility where such installations are normally made and performed.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and of fitness and of all other obligations or liabilities on its part, and it neither assumes, no authorizes any other person to assume for it, any other liability connection with the sale of its products.
